  •  How do your garments run?

True to size, sometimes generous. We feel that all LE garments run true to size. At times, our knits can be on the generous side. Should there ever be an item running extremely small or large, that will be noted in the description. We also strive to have a specific size chart for every garment each season which is located at the bottom of our homepage!

 

  •  You are sold out of the size I am looking for… do you ever restock?

Oh, yes! We restock nearly all items at least twice a season. We also have a handy dandy feature which will appear on the left side of your screen that says “Email When Available”. By using this, you will receive a one-time email when your desired style, color, and size comes back in stock!

 

  •  Am I able to make changes or cancel my order?

Absolutely! While we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we will do our best to execute any changes or cancellations before shipping.

 

  •  What shipping methods do you offer?

Little English is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING for orders $150+ and standard shipping rate of $7. We also offer a Will Call option available for residents of Lexington, KY only where your order can be picked up at our corporate offices.

  •  How long will it take to receive my order?

We are thrilled to say that we ship nearly every order on the same day that it was ordered. We have an incredible team of shipping fairies that work as fast as possible! You will typically receive your order within 3-5 business days.

 

If you have placed an order with monogramming, please allow a 7-14 day delay for your ship date. We do not accept priority orders with monogramming.

 

We strive to keep our inventory numbers up to date, but there are times when items available to purchase have not yet arrived to our warehouse. When that is the case, you will receive an email or a letter within your box of other items reassuring that your items are on the way, but may need a two week delay.

 

  •  Can I return or exchange items?

Absolutely! We want your child to have the perfect fit in their LE clothing. We offer both exchanges and returns within 30 days of ship date. Items must be in good condition with original hang-tags and packaging. Return of sale items is not permitted. The returns and exchange process can be executed either online by clicking “Returns” at the bottom of our homepage or by using the enclosed form in your package. Items received within 45 days will be available Little English online credit only

 

  • Do discount codes expire?

Yes, all discount codes eventually expire. During sales, an expiration date will be noted. Personal discount codes expire within one year of the issue date. 

 

  •  How can I check the status of my order?

You will be updated with the status of your order from the moment you placed it to when it ships! If you have a change, please call our customer service team at 859-258-2120 ext 105 or email us at customerservice@littleenglish.com

 

  •  When I choose the Newborn size option on the playsuit is it the same as pictured?

Our NB size option is a sweet sac gown. This has picot detailing on the back and snaps for easy diaper changes. We plan to update our website to reflect photos of the style for the Spring 2018 year. little english, crochet newborn gown

 

  •  Should I size down in the Crochet Playsuits?

In previous seasons our crochet playsuits have run on the generous size to allow for movers and crawlers to get around with comfort and ease. Beginning Fall 2017, we corrected our sizing on these comfy garments and they are now running more true to size with some wiggle room.

 

  •  Do you have a store front?

We do! We have an outlet of past season items that is located at our corporate offices. The LE Outlet is open Monday-Friday 10 AM – 3 PM.

 

  •  Can I shop the outlet even though I don’t live in Lexington, KY?

We do not offer over the phone or online purchases of outlet merchandise, but hope that you’ll make a trip to visit us soon!

 

  •  I’ve heard that you do warehouse sales. Where and when are the sales? Can anyone attend?

Yes, we do! We host warehouse sales twice a year, once a season to offer the newest seasonal apparel at 30% off retail. We currently host these sales in Lexington, KY, Memphis, TN, & Nashville, TN. If you would like to be signed up on either or physical mailing list or email list for these events, please email customerservice@littleenglish.com ! A member of our customer service team would be more than happy to get you signed up.

 

  •  Do you sell to boutiques?

We do and we adore our boutiques! You can find a store near you by using the Boutique Locator feature at the bottom of our homepage. If we are sold out of something online, feel free to contact customerservice@littleenglish.com with your desired item and size! We would be happy to direct you to a boutique that purchased it.

 

  •  I am a boutique owner and am interested in carrying LE. How do I contact a sales associate?

We are delighted that you are interested in carrying our line! Please click Wholesale at the bottom of our homepage. From there, you can either request access to our online portal by clicking the sign up link or you can email us at sales@littleenglish.com . We have corporate showrooms in both Atlanta and Dallas and would love to make an appointment for you to view the line in person.
