    Little English, a national classic children's clothing brand, is seeking a detailed-oriented individual with strong retail and/or merchandising background to serve as our Wholesale Accounts Coordinator. In this role, you will build and maintain our customer base while meeting seasonal sales goals. Other job duties include notifying boutiques of any quality issues, shipment changes, processing year-round gift orders, organizing seasonal line sheets in our B2B platform, traveling to markets to show collections, and making product recommendations based on inventory availability to boutiques. This is a full time position & applicants must be local to the Lexington, KY area.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain excellent customer service reputation
    • Work with Sample / Production Coordinator as well as design team to understand current catalog of LE merchandise
    • Travel to markets in Atlanta and Dallas (1 week per quarter)
    • Produce seasonal line sheets in B2B platform as well as printed copies
    • Purchase showroom supplies
    • Book hotels for markets
    • Research new accounts via Instagram and B2B platform
    • Prepare wholesale marketing materials (digital and printed)
    • Process payment for orders in ERP system

    Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

     

    We are seeking an in-house Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic about working in the fashion and retail industries! 

     

    In this role, you will be the primary point person for the sales and marketing teams for Little English, a classic children’s clothing brand, & BISBY, a stylish girl’s brand. All creative content developed will support our digital, print, and social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C customers. 

     

    This Graphic Designer must be able to comprehend brand values and translate the brand specifics into impactful marketing assets through the use of brand colors, fabrics, seasonal motifs, fonts, & layouts. Desired candidate has a strong ability to capture the end consumers’ attention through the creation of creative content with a persuasion to purchase.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in web and / or social media design
    • Creative and analytical mind
    • Receptive to feedback
    • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite via a Mac environment (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
    • Experience creating new media such as GIFs, video content, etc.
    • Must have keen eye for color / Understand Pantone Colors, CMYK, RGB
    • Must be familiar with current marketing trends and able to deliver fresh graphics that are consistent with those trends while staying true to our brand aesthetic

    Marketing Assistant

     

    Little English is growing and we are searching for a Marketing Assistant to grow with us! 

     

    The ideal candidate is an exceptionally bright, well-organized, and self-motivated creative marketing professional. Critical qualities include a drive for continuous improvement, the ability to problem-solve & prioritize when given time-sensitive projects, the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly, with little to no guidance, and anticipate marketing needs. 

     

    This position will be based in our Lexington, Kentucky office and will report to the Director of Marketing.

     

    Tasks and Responsibilities: 

    • Email Marketing: Designing, sending, and analyzing the results for thoughtful email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Desire to dive deep into our email CRM with thoughtful segmentation, A/B testing, etc.
    • Social Media: Scheduling daily posts, reels, lives, stories, etc. to our Instagram channel while adhering to overall marketing calendar. Support and engage with our customers across social platforms. Deliver LE & BISBY content to our audience in new and creative ways.
    • Shopify: Write and edit product descriptions, upload photos, and manage blog while keeping SEO and user experience at top of mind.
    • Influencer relations: Send packages and promotional materials to influencer partners.
    • Assist Director of Marketing with any marketing-related administrative duties.

     

    Ideal Skills and Qualifications: 

    • 2-5± years of administrative or marketing experience 
    • Ability to exhibit extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced, high volume environment 
    • Excellent written, verbal, and personal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
    • “Self-starter” mentality and an ability to “connect the dots” in order to solve problems using logic and intuition 
    • A team player who is eager to assist other departments 
    • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
