Yellow, red, and orange food coloring
36 lollipop sticks
Yellow, pink, and orange sprinkles
36 Rainbow color variety of small cupcake liners
36 Rainbow color variety of large cupcake liners
Styrofoam block
Scissors
Directions
1. When cake is cool enough to handle, pulse half at a time in a food processor until entire cake is a crumb consistency
2. Mix in ½ a cup of frosting for cake crumbs from a 9x13 sized pan, mix in ¼ a cup of frosting for cake crumbs from 8x8 sized pan
3. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop up dough and roll in your hands to make a ball. You should have about 3 dozen cake balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
4. Break up the white chocolate into roughly 5oz quantities into 3 separate microwavable safe bowls
5. Microwave one bowl (set other two bowls aside) until white chocolate is completely melted and mix in desired food coloring
  1. Dip the tip of the lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into 12 cake balls. Repeat with remaining 11 cake balls.
  2. Once the cake balls have been set, swirl them in the melted white chocolate. Stick them into the Styrofoam block and cover with sprinkles immediately
  3. Repeat steps 5-7 with different colored melted chocolate
  4. Puncture a hole in the middle of the small cupcake liners with a leftover lollipop stick and attach to cake pop as first layer of “petals”
  5. Fold the large cupcake liner in half and cut out small “u-shaped” indentations evenly on the large side of the folded line. These will be the petals.
  6. While still folded, cut off the tip on the pointed/small side of the liner in order to attach them
