Return Policy:

Little English is happy to return or exchange any items  that do not meet your expectations, provided the hangtag has not been removed and the product has not been washed or worn and is in original condition.  All items purchased "on sale" ( less than regular price) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Items that have been purchased online at www.littleenglish.com are the only items eligible for returns.
Merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase date on invoice. After 30 days, you will receive online credit only or you can exchange them for other items.
Clearance items and items marked down are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for the exact item or for online credit.
 
We do not make price adjustments.

For returns/exchanges please fill out the return authorization form, and include it in your return packaging, along with a copy of your original invoice.  All returns and exchanges will be made within 3-5 business days of receiving it in our office.  Exchanges will be made, provided we have the desired inventory in stock at the time we recieve your package. If we do not have the desired item(s) in stock, you will be issued a refund for the original purchase price of that item.  We will not hold inventory for exchanges.  If you need an item exchanged immediately, you must purchase that item online, and send your other items back for a refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned items you will be credited the full amount of purchase minus the original shipping charges, to the original form of payment.  If you are returning your item for an exchange, please include a credit card number for additional shipping charges or if your exchange is for an item of greater value.

To return items, please use a carrier with insurance and tracking. Little English is not responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

Packaging:

We do not offer monogramming serves at this time.  If you would like to include a note card or omit an invoice from your package, please note that in the Comments section of your order or you can email us at customerservice@littleenglish.com. Please include your order number, name, and instructions up to 1:00 pm the following day of your order to ensure that your note card is included before shipment.

Locating an item not online:

If for some reason we are sold out online of an item you wish to have, please visit our store locator for your nearest Little English provider.   Due to the high volume of calls, we are unable to assist with finding stores that carry a particular item(s).
