Shipping:
Orders received by Little English before 2:00 (EST) M-F will be processed the same day. Any orders recieved over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Return Policy:
Little English is happy to return or exchange any items that do not meet your expectations, provided the hangtag has not been removed and the product has not been washed or worn and is in original condition. All items purchased "on sale" ( less than regular price) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been purchased online at www.littleenglish.com are the only items eligible for returns.
Merchandise must be received within 14 days of purchase date on invoice.
Clearance items and items marked down are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for the exact item or for store credit.
To make an exchange or a return , please email Ieasha@littleenglish.com to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please include your invoice number, list of items you are returning, and the reason for return in your email when requesting the RA number.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once we receive your returned items your account will be credited less the shipping costs. If you are returning your item for an exchange, please include a credit card number for additional shipping charges or if your exchange is for an item of greater value.
To return items , please use carrier with insurance and tracking. Little English is not responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
If there are any discrepancies with your order , please email us upon receiving your package.
Packaging:
Each garment is individually packaged in a clear shipping bag with our adorable little english logo printed on the bag. Each order is then wrapped in light blue tissue paper and packaged in a white shipping box. We are happy to enclose a handwritten note if item is a gift. Just let us know when you order online under special instructions.
